At A&Yscents, all fragrances are sold as-is. Due to the nature of the product (hygiene/beauty), no returns or refunds are accepted once the order is completed.

Cancellation: possible only within one hour of purchase. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (514-601-4898) or contact us via the contact page on our website to cancel. After this period, the order is final.

Exception: if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit.
